Monolithic Division

It is primarily engaged in the production of high Alumina Castables, low Cement and Ultra low Cement Castables as well conventional Castables, Ramming Mass, Air Setting Mortars, Aggregates etc., the above is packed up by application engineering and after sales service. This division has in house cement manufacturing facilities and on line weighing and bagging system.

Flow Control Division:
Flow Control Refractories find extensive applications in casting molten metal to steel billets and shapes. We manufacture new generation slide plates. They are made with high grade raw materials and are compactly pressed with our latest technology heavy duty press to perfection. They provide better life and higher metal casting output as compared to traditional plates.
We offer custom made tundish nozzles that can cast 12+ hours of metal smoothly without any speed fluctuation. The raw materials are mixed using our state of the art modern mixers which provide consistency in our nozzles.
Our constant focus in increasing plate life and higher casting nozzles has led our company to be a favorite supplier among Iron & Steel Industries.
Basic Refractories Division:
Magnesia Carbon Brick’s raw materials is Fused Magnesia and natural flake graphite, used phenol formaldehyde resin as binder, through high pressure shaping and heat treating. In order to improve the product’s anti-oxygen & high temperature strength, added antioxidant of metal & carbonide. While MGC brick is used in high temperature, carbon frame combined, because MgO & C are not consolute, it kept the original good refractory performance. Carbon has good heat conductivity & low coefficient of thermal expansion. Big wettability angle between slags, which can prevent slag permeate effectively, it’s not easy to occur thermal and structural spalling. It’s changed the fatal weakness of structural spalling caused by slag permeability of magnesium.


High Alumina Refractory Brick Division

It is engaged in manufacturing of High Alumina & Fireclay Refractories. The Product range from 99% dense Alumina Bricks to normal Fireclay Refractories.

  • 85% High Alumina Bricks for Sponge Iron (CO. Resistant)
  • Pure Oxide Refractories 99% Bricks for high temkperature ceramics/refractory kiln & chemical industry.
  • Mullite Refractories for glass application as well as for high temperature kilns & High RUL Blast Furnace Refractories from Synthetic Mullite aggregates.
  • Zircon based Refractories with low iron for glass Industries.
  • Bauxite based Refractires with low iron for application in Cement rotary kiln, Steel Ladles etc.
  • Silliminite bricks upto 62% Al2O3 for various applications.
  • Kynite based Refractories for application in blast furnace stack & stoves.
  • Recuperated Tube High Alumina & Silicon Carbide for Soaking Pit.
